PAYMENT METHODS

Dear guests and users of services of Camping Planik - Camping Croatia and Travel Agency Planik, with this short notice we would like to inform you about process of sending requests, reservations and payment in advance at our web pages. The whole process is very simple.

• To send request you have two possibilities:

• 1) for Camping: at web page "informations" you will see our e-mail at wich you can send a request.
• 1a) for apartments or hotels: at web page Appartments Planik you have possibility to send request. First choose the accomodation unit wich you like. Every unit has its own link for sending a request. By choosing the link "send request" you have possibility to send request for that specified unit.
• 2) for Camping: At "Reservation" you will find a reservation form. Filling-in this form you can immediately get a calculation of total price of your staying. Special notice: filling-in this form does not obligate you to make a reservation. Its purpose is only to inform you. After filling-in this form you will receive an e-mail with informations you have written.
• 2a) for apartments and hotels: on every accomodation unit is placed a link "reservation"and procedure is the same as the one for Camping.

  If calculated price suites you, you can make payment in advance (in order to confirm reservation), or make payment of total staying by choosing a link "on-line payment with credit cards". Special notice: We operate with the newest security system wich is secured and authorised by bank.

  If you do not wish to pay in advance immediately, there is allways possibility to make payment later. In e-mail you will receive all informations about payment. For making payment later you have to go to "online services" and choose "on-line payment with credit cards" and fill controll number-number of reservation and amount (received in e-mail).

  1. Online credit card payment
  "(Diners, American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard)
  - upon clicking on the Reservation options a form that must be filled out and sent online will appear on the screen. Your personal information is protected by the SSL security protocol.

  Note:
  • By using our online credit card payment, you choose the terms of payment. By sending us the Booking Form, we are given authorization to charge the complete amount according to the chosen terms of payment (full payment at the time of reservation or advance at the time of reservation and the balance 15 days prior to arrival date).
  • The amount is stated in KN/EUR.

  2. Offline credit card payment
  (Diners, American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard)

  Note:
  • By using our offline credit card payment, you choose the terms of payment. By faxing us the Booking Form, we are given authorization to charge the complete amount according to the chosen terms of payment (full payment at the time of reservation or advance at the time of reservation and the balance 15 days prior to arrival date).
  • The amount is stated in KN/EUR.

  3. Money order from abroad
  - foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order

  TERMS OF PAYMENT
  According to our General Travel Terms, full payment can be made at the time of reservation or in two installments. The installments consist of:
  Advance - to be paid at the confirmation of reservation, balance and sojourn tax - to be paid 15 days prior to arrival date.

  PAYMENT RECEIPT
  Upon payment of the advance you will receive confirmation of payment and information on the booked accommodation. Upon payment of the advance in the amount of 50% of the total or the balance you will receive the Bill specifying all payments made and the Voucher containing the following:
  Host, address, phone number / Hotel name, address, phone number
  Reservation holder, name and address
  Number of guests
  Paid for services, date of arrival and date of departure, confirmation of the sojourn tax payment
  Paid service, dates of arrival and departure of guests, the note about the paid sojourn tax
